Each generation of the TP5 has featured slight design and technology improvements over the previous version. For example, the original TP5 has a 4-layer construction, while the TP5x has a 5-layer construction. The TP5x 2020 has a new Speed Bridge technology that improves energy transfer and ball speed, and the TP5x 2020 has a new Speed Bridge structure that further enhances stability and speed. All versions of the TP5 are designed to offer a combination of distance, control, and feel, with a soft cast urethane cover for improved feel and control around the greens.
